4. Introduction and Discussion with Acting Brazos County Judge Kyle Kacal
5. Discuss Emergency Managment updates from Michele Meade, EMC for the city
6. Discuss, review, and take action regarding the renewal of employment agreement between Michele Meade and the City of Kurten to act as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the city
7. Discuss and take action to adopt Ordinance 86, cancellation of the November 2025 election
8. Discuss, consider, and take action regarding cost-sharing with Brazos County on seal coating Opersteny Road from North FM 2038 to Fickey Road – Increased Costs
9. Discussion with Steve Duncan from Bleyl Engineering regarding the utilization of Texas General Land Office CDBG-MIT grant funds for either road improvements or backup generators
